Great staff - almost all females - love that! It's a business hotel but very managed well - the free breakfast was actually very nice and delicious, such a nice surprise. The location was perfect. We went to the opposite side of the station to visit a beef specialty restaurant, "Good", and it was easy to bypass the rail road. The town itself is built for cars but we enjoyed strolling around. So many unique places to visit. Two nights there, we were comfortable because of the wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you so much.

Spacious room by Japanese standards, at a great location few minutes walk from the JR station. Free breakfast was of good standards.

This is a basic hotel only a 5-minute walk from the Yonezawa Shinkansen Station. It's very convenient for a short stay. The staff was very nice.

The room was nice and big and the bed a good size. Good air conditioning (summer) Check in and out was quick and efficient Wifi was fast and easy to connect to. Two plug sockets.
